About this series

Set in a wild jungle village, this hilarious gag manga centers around Usakichi-kun, a rabbit-like creature with a bizarre biological quirk. Uniquely, every single part of Usakichi's body—from his ears down to his droppings—consists of extraordinarily delicious gourmet food. His very existence is a constant temptation to everyone around him.

Living in the same jungle is Genshi-kun, a primitive caveboy whose primary goal in life is to capture Usakichi-kun and eat him. Genshi-kun devises an endless series of absurd traps and hunting schemes to catch the tasty rabbit. However, Usakichi-kun's absurd luck and resilience routinely derail these attempts.

The story progresses through short, fast-paced comedy chapters packed with physical slapstick and surreal humor. Other eccentric jungle inhabitants join the chaos, turning simple hunting chases into bizarre village events. The series maintains a lighthearted energy from start to finish.

Created by Shimon Sekii for Shueisha's Saikyo Jump and Shonen Jump+ lineup, this 2-volume series offers pure comedic entertainment. Its expressive cartoon art and ridiculous scenarios make it easy for readers of all ages to enjoy. It stands as a fun, stress-relieving read.
