Yuya Matsuda lives in an ordinary apartment room whose balcony bizarrely collects strange objects carried by a wind tunnel. One evening, he retrieves a miraculous piece of newspaper printed with news from the future reporting a high school murder. Soon after, he encounters Naoto Wakatsuki, a severely bullied classmate who claims to have killed his abuser.
