Overview

AI Manga Translator uses a credit-based billing model. This Refund Policy explains when credits or subscription charges may be refunded.

Failed translation jobs

If a translation job fails after credits were deducted, we automatically refund those credits to your account balance. You do not need to open a ticket for ordinary provider failures.

Subscriptions

Subscription renewals can be cancelled anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; the current paid period remains available until it expires. We generally do not refund unused time in an active billing period unless required by law.

Credit packs

Purchased credit packs are non-transferable. Unused credits have no cash value except where required by applicable law. If a charge was made in error, contact support within 14 days with your order details.

How to request a review

Email support@aimangatranslator.app with your account email, order ID, and a short description. We aim to respond within a few business days.
