Anohana: The Flower We Saw That Day tells the heart-wrenching story of Jinta Yadomi and his group of childhood friends who drifted apart following the tragic death of their friend, Meiko 'Menma' Honma. Years later, Menma appears before Jinta as a spirit, wishing to fulfill a forgotten promise.
To grant Menma's wish, the fractured group of friends—known as the 'Super Peace Busters'—must reunite despite years of suppressed grief, regret, and hidden feelings. The journey forces each member to face their guilt and open their hearts once more.
