About the Manga
In One's Last Moment (originally titled Shinigiwa) is a supernatural suspense manga created by Kentaro Fukuda. The story follows Mamoru Kaname, a sixteen-year-old high school student burdened with a chilling extraordinary power. Whenever he touches another person's skin, he experiences a vivid vision of that person's inevitable moment of death.
Mamoru's routine existence collapses when he accidentally touches his classmate and secret crush, Kana Shiraishi. To his horror, his vision reveals Kana meeting a tragic and violent demise in the near future. Driven by despair and determination, Mamoru vows to alter the seemingly fixed thread of fate to keep Kana alive.
